Looking for something different for Mother's Day?

Come along to a creative print workshop at Cowshed Creative in the Lake District.

Bring your Mum or treat yourself to a fun day out and learn to make beautiful colourful flower prints that won't wilt!

Don't worry if you've never done anything like this before. Sue Leech is an inspiring artist with loads of teaching experience. She will help you every step of the way so you develop your skills and create a series of colourful prints that you can take home, proud in the knowledge that you have made them yourself. Students are always surprised at the great results they achieve.

The art studio is a stunning open plan space in a converted barn on our traditional Lakeland Farm, near Windermere and Kendal. You will be. greeted with a warm welcome, tea or coffee to start the day, a roaring fire on a chilly day and the beautiful landscape of the peaceful Kentmere valley. 

We provide teas and coffees throughout the day, along with some home-made tray bake. As well as plenty of space to create we also have a chill out area by the fire where you can relax on sofas, chat with a brew and browse through some art books. There is also a wild garden area where you can sit out when the weather is fine.
