We run a number of printing workshops at Cowshed Creative, near Kendal and Windermere. Join us for a day Lino print and Collograph on 22 May. You will be taught by artist and tutor, Sue Leech, who studied illustration and printmaking at Camberwell School of Art.. Sue will guide you through each step of the process, sharing her expertise and providing invaluable tips. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your print using collagraphy; adding printed textures using a range of materials.
Be inspired by plant or animal imagery and learn how to create and print your own linocut. This workshop is an ideal introduction to those of you who are new to printmaking or want to take your prints a higher level.. It is also great to discover how to incorporate a limited colour palette into your prints.whilst keeping the process relatively simple. By the end of the day you should have created a number of your own colourful prints.to take home
